Rudgwick

Rudgwick parish is close to the Surrey border and includes Rudgwick, Bucks Green, Tismans Common, Cox Green and part of Rowhook, The Haven. The Rudgwick village hall and playing fields are on the main Guildford Road, in Bucks Green so this tends to be the community heart of the villages, At the top of the hill stands the early 14 century Church of Holy Trinity. The dons Link, the long-distance path, passes through the parish on the route of the old railway line. The Rudgwick County Primary School celebrated its centenary in 1980, although it is now housed in modern buildings. There are many clubs and societies, including a dramatic society. Women's Institute, Friendly Club, Scouts, Youth Club and Sports Association.
